As radical homosexualist militants ramp up their campaign to redefine marriage in Cyprus, they want to eliminate the Church of Cyprus from the public debate. In line with the tactics of the Lesbian-Gay Bullying Totalitarian (LGBT) lobby worldwide, they are seeking to use so-called ‘hate-speech’ laws to silence the Church and prevent its bishops and priests from telling Cypriots the truth about the dangers of homosexual activity.
The radical group Accept LGBT Cyprus, as their name indicates, want to force Cypriots to accept their unhealthy lifestyle, starting by indoctrinating children in the state school system. As this lobby group states clearly on its own website, their ultimate aim is to radically change the conservative Orthodox Cypriot society and to force the acceptance of same-sex ‘marriage’ and adoption. In reaction, the Cypriot Orthodox Church, led by Archbishop Chrysostomos, is contemplating starting its own school system so as to protect Cypriot children from totalitarian state promotion of immoral and dangerous sexual activity.
The Archbishop’s comments, have provoked an enraged backlash by the homosexualist lobby, who are threatening him with criminal prosecution and want him dragged before a parliamentary committee of enquiry, displaying their totalitarian instincts, contempt for the rule of law and willingness to trample on the fundamental freedoms of expression and religious belief. While the Cypriot law criminalises “the deliberate public, and in a threatening fashion, incitement to hatred or violence… against any group of persons, or a member of a group based on their sexual orientation..”, Archbishop Chrysostomos has made it clear that the Church of Cyprus loves all persons, including those struggling with same-sex attraction, but that it refuses to promote immoral sexual practices or to expose children to such abuse.
The Archbishop is used to such abuse from the LGB Totalitarians, including from the European Parliament’s LGBT Intergroup, and has no intention of backing down in the face of the latest threats and intimidation.
