Amnesty International promotes the newest “human right”: buying and selling sex

Amnesty-InternationalQuite unsurprising, and indeed suitable, for a group that supports abortion and same-sex “marriage”, Amnesty International has now also come out as a supporter of prostitution and trafficking.

We are happy to see that with this newest step Amnesty appears to have dealt a final blow to its undeserved reputation as one of the world’s leading human rights advocacy groups, drawing protests from politicians, mass media, artists, NGOs, and citizens. It remains to be hoped that from this year onwards the European Commission will no longer grant the morally disoriented group the special privilege of selling its candles and other gadgets on Commission premises in the days surrounding 10 December, the World Human Rights Day.

It is about time we got serious about human rights.
